The 320i steps-up to the new B48 version 2.0-litre engine with 134kW/290Nm on-tap.
BMW 328i is ditched, replaced by the 330i with 185kW/350Nm from its 2.0-litre petrol engine while the 340i with 240kW/450Nm from its superb six-cylinder petrol engine.
The 2.0-litre petrol plug-in hybrid 330e (185kW/420Nm) will arrive next year.
