Mercedes to have some expertise in the ute segment with the excellent G-Class - Military ute helping soldiers around the world in combat.

In an effort to capitalise on a growing segment Mercedes Benz has been the first premium manufacturer to put their hat in the ring and offer a premium ute. Like the VW Amarok and all-new Toyota Hilux the Mercedes-Benz Ute will offer more car-like specifications.

Just as the Volkswagen Amarok is a sales success in Latin America, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Europe, Mercedes hope that their new ute will follow in the footsteps of M-Class SUV and redefine a segment.
