Audi has launched the first ever Audi Quattro snow driving experience at Mt Hotham.
The general public will have the chance to be taught by Audi‘s professional driving instructors, led by Top Gear Australia Alumni Steve Pizzat in the all-new Q7 SUV.
The Audi quattro snow driving experience will be held on Mt Hotham from Wednesday 2nd until Tuesday 8th September 2015.
"We have a global legacy of creating unique and innovative programs that educate drivers on how to handle different terrains, including ice and snow. These experiences are also a fantastic way to showcase our world class technology,” said Andrew Doyle, Managing Director of Audi Australia Pty Ltd.
“Through our partnership with Mount Hotham, we are excited to be inviting both existing and potential customers to experience a completely new extreme environment to demonstrate why Audi quattro is superior technology, and how our new model is the perfect vehicle for all terrains,” added Mr Doyle.
Include in the cost is:
- Return interstate commercial flight to either Sydney or Melbourne (as determined by Audi Australia) for guests normally residing outside of NSW or VIC^.
- One night’s accommodation in either Sydney or Melbourne at a hotel of Audi Australia’s choice.
- Private return charter for guests to and from Mt. Hotham from Sydney (Bankstown airport) or Melbourne (Essendon airport). Guests are required to make their own way to and from these locations at their own cost.
- A full day experience at Mt. Hotham including:
- A half-day driving experience led by Steve Pizzati, driving the all-new Audi Q7 and a hot lap with the all-new Audi RS3;
- A half-day secondary snow activity, such as skiing or snowboarding.
- Audi branded snow jacket.
- A luxurious lunch at YAMA Kitchen in Hotham.
The cost to learn the art of snow driving is $600 and people can register here
^Participants normally residing in NSW or VIC will be required to make their own travel arrangements to the location of the private return charter (Bankstown or Essendon).
*All other travel, accommodation and other ancillary costs associated with participating in the Experience that are not included above are to be borne by the participant.
