Just under a month before Hyundai’s crucial all-new i20 hatchback is revealed at the Paris Motor Show and today comes some detail regarding the interior.
First impressions point to a colourful layout (the colour blocks said to create ‘calm’ and a ‘feeling of space’).
In fact Hyundai says front row occupants in the all-new i20 will benefit from extra head, shoulder and leg room and this sense is exaggerated by a full-width dashboard colour inlay which runs to the door-handles.
The rear seat will comfortably fit three adults.
All-new Hyundai i20 will be available in four interior colour schemes – ‘Elegant Beige’, ‘Grey Blue’, ‘Cappuccino’ and ‘Comfort Grey’. Hyundai says the beige interior was inspired by elegant Mediterranean lifestyles while the others replicate the hues of flagship stores of contemporary lifestyle brands.
There’s also high-quality seat stitching and soft touch materials from a new high-grade Thermal Plastic Olefin (TPO) material.
