Holden has announced the Holden Restoration Parts by Rare Spares program – a one-stop location for enthusiasts of old Holdens to secure replacement parts.

The program provides easy ways for Holden enthusiasts to secure parts and accessories for their treasured vehicles – from the original 48-125 through to VS model Commodores – all manufactured using original Holden tooling.

“Through participating Holden dealers, the Rare Spares Distributor network or online at www.holdenrestorationparts.com.au restorers can access parts such as badges, decals, wheel caps and trims, engine and cooling components, electrical components, and lamps and lenses,” explained Holden Aftersales Director, John Scotten.

The initiative frees Holden resources to concentrate on new vehicle development.

“Making low volume parts at an affordable price can be difficult, so working with Holden will allow us to rapidly increase the number of products under the new brand, as well as enabling us to ensure quality and consistent supply of existing product,” revealed Rare Spares General Manager, David Rayner.
