Audi has shaved the pricing of its A6 sedan (six-cylinder models) with the 3.0TDI Quattro model leading the way – a cut of $9,000 brining its sticker down to $107,500.
For the Audi A6 3.0 TFSI, you can mark-down a price reduction of $7,000 to $114,000 and for the A6 2.8 FSI Quattro, take-off $2,400 to $91,000.
As well, there’s a new Technik package (available for $4,950) which adds a 360-degree top-view camera, LED headlights with high-beam assist, an electric glass sunroof and four-zone climate control air-conditioning.
There are some technical and specification updates included in the 2013 Audi A6 lineup – starting with a rear-view camera which is now standard across the range. Under the bonnet, the 3.0 TDI engine gains 80Nm of extra torque (now 580Nm) and the 3.0 TDFSI gains some 8kW of extra power – now 228kW.
Of course the Audi A6 lineup gets a major shake-up next month the arrival of the 3.0 TDI Biturbo model.
