Honda Australia has launched the Honda CR-V Series II DTi-L Limited Edition with a 1.6 litre turbo diesel engine.
Producing 188kW and 350Nm the four-wheel drive Honda CR-V Series II DTi-L Limited Edition also gains Honda’s new 9-speed automatic transmission. Fuel consumption is as low as 5.9 litres per 100 kilometres and CO2 emissions of just 154 grams per kilometre.
“Not only does the CR-V Series II DTi-L receive this new powertrain, it features refreshed styling, upgraded specification and sharp pricing, making it an attractive proposition for our customers,” said Honda Australia Director Mr. Stephen Collins.
On the outside the Honda CR-V Series II DTi-L Limited Edition receives new front grille and headlights with optical guide LED daytime running lights, a new front bumper design including front fog lights, chrome door handles and new 18 inch alloy wheels. The rear features new taillights and bumper design.
Inside buyers will find leather-appointed trim with heated front seats, five inch Multi-Information Display, leather steering wheel with audio/Bluetooth/cruise/i-MID controls, dual-zone climate control, 7” colour touch screen and Siri Eyes Free mode, one HDMI and two USB ports, in-built satellite navigation and a multi-angle rear view camera.
The CRV also gains a electric tailgate which can be operated via the key fob or buttons located on the tailgate its self.
Safety hasn't been over looked either with the Honda CR-V Series II DTi-L Limited Edition fitted with Anti-lock Brake System (ABS), Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD), Brake Assist System (BA), Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA), Emergency Stop Signal (ESS), High-beam Support System (HSS), Hill Start Assist (HSA), Hill Descent Control (HDC), Tyre Deflation Warning System (DWS), and LED Active Cornering Lights.
The Honda CR-V Series II DTi-L Limited Edition is priced from $44,290 (plus on roads).
