Honda’s all-new CR-V mid-size SUV will be unveiled in a couple of weeks at the Australian International Motor Show (Sydney).
The replacement for Honda’s popular CR-V is crucial chapter in the Japanese giant’s sales fight-back and it’s off to a flying start with the all-new model boasting a much more purposeful/athletic look than the current version and Car Showroom has been told we can expect extra technology and more interior space when we drive the all-new model in a few weeks.
Honda’s fourth-generation CR-V has been warmly received by the international motoring media and is a hot seller on other markets.
Look for the all-new CR-V in Honda Australian dealerships from November and, for the first time, the CR-V will be sold in both two-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive models.
Also debuting on the Honda stand in Sydney is the hybrid version of the competent Jazz hatchback.
Honda will launch the hybrid Jazz early next year and it will join other hybrid-powered Honda models – Civic, Insight and CR-Z.
Using the well-known Honda Integrated Motor Assist (IMA) hybrid system, the Jazz hybrd is good for combined cycle fuel consumption as low as 4.5l/100kms – that translates into better than 850kms between re-fuelling.
