The updated Audi RS 7 Sportback – one of the world’s most desirable cars – has been revelaed in Germany.
Styling changes see the new ‘Singleframe’ grille with sharper edges and hallmark RS black honeycomb and a new front bumper. You can opt for the grille in matt aluminium, gloss black or carbon.
At the rear, the latest Audi RS 7 Sportback features new tail-lights.
Wheels are 20-inch alloys with 21-inch versions on the options list.
There are also new paint colours – ‘Floret Silver’, metallic ‘Glacier White’, metallic ‘Mythos Black’ and pearl effect ‘Sepang Blue’.
Inside the black, RS-equipped interior look for a revised instrument cluster, air vents and paddle-shifters plus an updated MMI navigation plus system.
Co changes to the driveline – the 412kW/700Nm 4.0-litre TFSI V8 driving all four wheels via Audi’s Quattro system and an eight-speed tiptronic automatic transmission.
And underneath is the RS adaptive air suspension which lowers the ride height by 20mm. The RS sport suspension plus with Dynamic Ride Control is optional.
The current generation Audi RS 7 Sportback retails for $238,500 but Audi Australia is still finalizing local details for the updated model.
