Ultra-luxury, ultra-exclusive hypercar makers Bugatti are celebrating a major milestone in their history this year, marking 110 years since the founding of the company by Ettore Bugatti. And as such, they’re going to commemorate the occasion with no less than 20 exclusive versions of their Chiron Sport, dubbed the ‘110 ans Bugatti.’
The ‘110 ans Bugatti’ models aim to both celebrate the company as well as its country of origin, France. As such you’ll find motifs & details done in the colours of the Tricolore, like the full-width reproduction under the rear wing. You’ll also find Tricolore stripes on the wing mirrors, with the right-hand side mirror showing the Tricolore in reverse, as per official state cars in France.
The brake callipers have been painted French Racing Blue (we learnt that was a thing today), which hide behind black ‘Nocturne’ alloys. There’s also a bespoke fuel filler cap, which is sandblasted before being polished to its stunning mirror finish, featuring a vertical Tricolore and ‘110 ans Bugatti’ in the middle.
The whole car, which is arguably a work of art, is finished in matte Steel Blue throughout, with no contrast on the ‘C-structure’ on the side. Continuity is ensured with a ‘Steel Blue Carbon’ finish applied to the exposed carbon-fibre front, rear diffuser, and rear bumper. Matte black is applied on the exhaust pipes, as well as the arms for the rear spoiler.
The ’110 ans Bugatti’ treatment continues inside, where you’ll find the Tricolore and emblem applied to the headrests, and to the rear of the seats. The Tricolore also features as the 12-o’clock marker on the steering wheel, which itself houses matte-blue carbon-fibre, and a blue leather covering. There’s more carbon-fibre on the steering column & seat trims, while the door trim, sides, and seats are covered in Alcantara. The cabin features a Deep Blue leather, offset by French Racing Blue.
Want more? Well, there’s a solid-silver medallion resting on a carbon-fibre plate, at the top of the centre console, featuring enamel inserts. And the key for the ‘110 ans Bugatti’ feature three sewn, coloured leather patches on it. No prizes for which three colours they are, or in what order.
As per usual Bugatti conduct, a price was not given to secure one of the 20 ‘110 ans Bugatti’ models. That said, if you have to ask…
