The Citroen C4 Grand Picasso has long been a Car Showroom Favourite people mover – we just love the innovative styling, the practicality and French chic while still being a ‘proper’ people mover.
Now the Grand Picasso has been joined by a smaller five-seat model called the C4 Picasso and it starts at $40,990.
The smaller sibling is 172mm shorter than the Grand Picasso (55mm in the wheelbase) and 24mm lower.
And just like the larger Grand Picasso the Picasso just knocks you out with its clever practicality – for example this compact five-seater affords up to 1,851-litres of cargo space.
Equipment levels are impressive and include the ‘twin-screen’ dashboard with a 12-inch and seven-inch touchscreen covering the car’s operations, standard satellite navigation and audio.
Optional packs are available to spec items like lane departure warning and active cruise control.
Under the bonnet is a turbocharged 1.6-litre four-cylinder petrol engine delivering 121kW/240Nm and driving through a new six-speed automatic transmission.
