Renault’s top-notch fleet of commercial vehicles – Kangoo, Trafic and Master – already come with a three-year/200,000kms factory warranty and capped price servicing but the French giant has raised the bar with an extra one or two years factory warranty now available.
Renault commercial vehicle customers buying after 1 August can purchase an Extended Manufacturer Warranty (EMW) for one or two years (prices range from $1090 to $2,890), providing exactly the same benefits as the original three-year warranty including 24/7 roadside assistance however the 200,000kms distance limit remains.
That’s real peace-of-mind for commercial vehicle operators, most of whom use their vehicles in order to earn their income.
Underwritten by Renault Australia, the four or five year warranty is better than many aftermarket warranties which include exclusions and limitations in years four and five.
