Ford has revealed an all-new compact hatchback for global markets. It’s called the ‘Ka’ concept and Ford says the newcomer is destined for entry-level markets in Brazil and other international destinations, including Asia.
Good looking, modern and sleek, the Ka fills a void for Ford in the global sub-B segment which is growing rapidly and is tipped to top 6.2 million by 2017.
Ford says the Ka will offer class-leading fuel consumption, interior space for five and doesn’t short-change on the features, coming standard with Ford SYNC and a central docking station for mobiles.
Like the Ford EcoSport compact SUV which goes on-sale in Australia shortly, the Ka is a development of Ford Brazil.
