Holden’s Trax small SUV has been boosted by the arrival of a new range-topping LTZ iTi model priced from $29,990.
Powered by a 103kW/200Nm turbocharged 1.4-litre petrol engine driving through a six-speed automatic transmission, the Holden Trax LTZ iTi also boasts significant extra specifications including 18-inch alloy wheels and a sunroof.
Fuel consumption for the Holden Trax LTZ iTi is rated at 6.9l/100kms.
Of course the turbocharged 1.4-litre engine is no stranger – Holden also fits it to the Barina RS and locally-made Cruze and it has been specifically calibrated for Australian conditions.
The newcomer sits atop the Holden Trax lineup – the rest of which is powered by a naturally-aspirated 1.8-litre engine e and is priced from $23,990.
Just 12 months down the road from its debut, the Trax is Holden’s number four best-selling nameplate.
Holden supports the Trax with very sharp capped-price servicing for the first three years or 60,000kms (whichever comes first) – each of the first four regular services costing just $185.
The full Holden Trax lineup is:
LS manual $23,990
LS automatic $26,190
LTZ automatic $28,490
