The all-new CR-V will be making its Australian showroom debut in mid July, according to Honda Australia, making it roughly 9 months since the 5th-generation SUV was revealed in Detroit late in 2016. It will be available in both 5-seat and 7-seat configurations with a starting price of $30,690.
Every CR-V, the company says, will be powered by a 140kW version of the 1.5-litre turbocharged four-cylinder VTEC petrol engine, and mated to an Earth Dreams CVT. In addition, all models will come with features such as dual-zone climate control, alloy wheels (17-inch or higher), Active Noise Control, reversing camera, smart keyless entry, and support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

“Unlike most competitors, the all-new Honda CR-V offers an advanced 140kW VTEC Turbo engine as standard across the range, which delivers a fine balance of power and efficiency to every customer,” he added.
