Basking in the glow of launching its new JX SUV on the lawns of the beautiful Pebble Beach Golf Club at last weekend’s Concours d’Elegance, Inifiniti confirmed a production ‘green-light’ for its superb G Convertible.
A stylish rival for the likes of the just-launched Mercedes-Benz SLK, the G Convertible will join the IPL – Infiniti Performance Line - when it goes on sale in North America early next year follwing an unveiling at the Los Angeles Motor Show in November.
Under the bonnet is Infiniti’s 3.7-litre V6 engine (as fitted to the G37).
The sporty soft-top runs 19-inch alloy wheels and a racy bodykit.
