Jaguar Tops JD Power Owner Satisfaction Survey

Jaguar has topped the prestigious JD Power Vehicle Ownership Satisfaction Survey in Britain – BEATING Lexus which held the number one ranking for 11 consecutive years.

Based on a study of 18,000 new car owners, the authoritative JD Power survey looks at the new vehicle experience for two years from the date of purchase. The study includes all aspects of new vehicle ownership – not only performance, design, comfort and quality but also cost of ownership, reliability and satisfaction with the experience at the dealership for sales and service.

As well as being ranked number one overall, Jaguar’s XF sedan was named as the number one ‘Executive Car Of The Year’.

Jaguar was placed third in the same study in 2011.
