History it seems waits for no-one and Ford dealers have been rushing to satisfy demand for the limited edition FPV GT F sedan.
Only 550 are being produced and 50 of those are headed across ‘The Ditch’ to Ford New Zealand.

One Australian dealership has already sold-out its allocation of 12 cars and has been forced to send six prospective customers elsewhere.
One enthusiast who owns a collection of Falcon GTs, all build number 40, has ordered FPV GT F number 40 and another who owns XY Falcon GT number 75 has similarly put his name against FPV GT F number 75.
The FPV GT F sedan and Pursuit ute will be launched in June, priced at $77,990 for the sedan and $52,990 for the ute (120 of which will be produced).
“We knew the FPV GT F sedan and Pursuit ute were going to be important celebration vehicles for us but more importantly our loyal FPV customers,” explained Ford Australia boss Bob Graziano. “But the response has even amazed our dealers.”
