Holden will be revealing a set of limited edition Commodores soon, as evidenced by the microsite that went live yesterday allowing potential customers to register their interest.
No formal details have been released as to what those limited edition models are, which variants they will be based on, or what they will be called. They will be VF Commodores, though, judging by the teaser image on said microsite.
According to CarAdvice, the full reveal is set for January 19th, 2017, with speculation that these cars will be based around the SS-V Redline sedan, with the remaining two based upon the Ute and a high performance Calais V.
It’s still left rather ambiguous and speculation on such matters this early and with so many variables often doesn’t amount to much. Though trademark documentation suggests Holden will be bringing back some notable names such as Bathurst, Director, and Magnum.
