Mitsubishi has updated the Lancer lineup and the good news is the starting price remains $19,990 but the extra good news is the rorty, all-wheel-drive, turbocharged model has dropped to $39,990.
No changes under the bonnet for the all-petrol lineup – 110kW/197Nm 2.0-litre for ES and LX models, 125kW/226Nm 2.4-litre for the VRX and of course the 177kW/343Nm for the Ralliart version.
Included in the updates, LX models score a 6.1-inch colour touchscreen audio system, reversing sensors and rear-view camera while Lancer VRX and Ralliart add the Mitsubishi Multi Communication System and satellite navigation with a seven-inch screen and 3D mapping.
