Nissan’s technologically advanced, four-camera ‘Around View Monitor’ is now standard in Dualis Ti-L and X-Trail Ti (petrol) and TL (diesel) models.
Like similar systems in more expensive European vehicles, Nissan’s ‘Around View’ system is a significant safety boost, particularly when reversing, and also eases parking maneuvers.
Displayed on a central console screen, Nissan’s ‘Around View’ system is driven by four separate cameras providing an image (front and side views) simultaneously from above. No more guessing where kerbs and parking lines are and, more importantly, where pedestrians are standing – really important in driveways where children may be playing.
