Not exactly ground-breaking but with pickups in the news courtesy of the updated Ford Ranger, for the sake of thoroughness here is the updated Holden Colorado (Chevrolet version).
As we know, Holden is again following the lead of Ford in giving the Colorado, like the Ranger, a front-end with extra muscle.
As a result, again like the Ranger, the Colorado picks-up a look which we really like - very much ‘American-Style-Light-Truck’.
In Bangkok, one Aussie journalist asked a Ford exec. why the Ranger isn’t sold in North America.
C’mon fella! With the runaway success of Ford’s F-Series pickups, nothing, but nothing will be introduced to challenge that (the Ranger is very close in size to an American version of the F-150).
