Hot on the heels of Opel launching the Astra in Australia, GM’s British subsidiary Vauxhall has announced high-performance twin-turbocharged Astra and Astra Sport Tourer models.
The racy turbo-diesels deliver an impressive 143kW/400Nm to rocket from zero to 100km/h in under eight seconds.
To go with that performance, the Vauxhall Astra bi-turbo models feature a sporty new look with an aerodynamic front-end, a refreshed rear, twin exhausts and 18-inch alloy wheels. On the inside, the extra include alloy pedals.
