Volkswagen’s fuel-saving BlueMotion technology has found its way to the magnificent Passat CC range with the launch of the Passat CC 125TDI BlueMotion.
Volkswagen has updated the Passat CC 125TDI to include the BlueMotion technology – auto Start/Stop with brake energy recuperation (the latter also added to the V6 petrol model).
The new Passat CC 125TDI BlueMotion delivers a smooth 125kW of power from its 2.0-litre turbo-diesel while returning average fuel consumption of only 5.7l/100kms.
In fact Volkswagen introduced the regenerative barking system to the facelifted Passat sedan range earlier this year. Other features from the new Passat lineup now included in the CC version are optional adaptive cruise control, front assist and city emergency brake, lane assist and the latest park assist system.
Inside the latest Volkswagen Passat CC remains a superbly equipped four seater with beautiful Nappa leather as standard.
