We own a 2001 Grand Voyager Limited and are now looking to upgrade, although begrudgingly! We converted it to gas (and lost boot space) but gained terrific fuel economy. To compensate, we mostly use the car with one of the middle row seats taken out so that it's an easy step in for my three primary school boys, their three school bags and other sport bags. There's still room in the boot for camping chairs and a small bike mind you! Weekends are great for heading out for lunch or dinner as then there are 5 of us and the two grandmas as well. I always end up in the back with the kids and it's very comfortable. Sometimes we just put the seat back and go to sleep! I love driving this car - I'm now use to it's size and i find it so easy getting in and taking off. The electric doors have helped my sanity whenever we park so that a) the kids don't have to be told every time to be careful opening the door, and 2) I can control which door is opened depending on where we park. I'm now looking at the latest Chrysler with all the fruit but am not happy with the price! Although, if money wasn't a factor, this would be my first choice of car for my family. I don't think I could go down to a station wagon and lose the height advantage or the electric doors. It really is the 'lazy soccer Mum's car'!!!!
