I have driven nearly 3000 km on my new Kia Rio SLS 1.6L Hatch. Nicely appointed, economical , practicable, stylish with a luxurious feel. A lot of thought has gone in to this car and it shows. It is great value for money and i have no regrrets purchasing it. Though it does feel a little hairy at higher speeds going around bends and particularily when there is some bumps along the way. Kinda of feels a little disconnected to me. comfortable quiet driving and smooth too. Not very zippy on take off and anything below 2500 revs is lacking power to me. It likes it's revs. Takes a little getting used to a 6 speed as my previous was a Mazda 2. with a 5 speed and more zippier and better controll feel in high speed cornering. I can live with this slight deficiency in the Kia and am happy enough with it.
