Mitsubishi Motors Australia now has a new variant to add to its range of Triton utes in form of the special edition Triton GLX+, priced at $36,990, which builds on the GLX 4WD Double Cab.
Equipped with more creature comforts and exterior trim than the standard Triton GLX, the ‘plus’ brings with it 16-inch alloy wheels, a reversing camera, a 6.1-inch colour touchscreen infotainment display and rear step bumper.
Offered with either six-speed manual or 5-speed automatic transmission ($39,490), the Triton GLX+ is powered by the same 133kW/430Nm 2.4-litre MIVEC turbodiesel engine as the rest of the Triton variants.
The Triton GLX+ will of course sit above the GLX 4WD Double Cab, but under the GLS 4WD Double Cab while the range is topped by the Triton Exceed. All things considered, the additions to Mitsubishi have given certainly make it quite a tempting package for the price.
