SsangYong’s updated 2014 Korando compact SUV has been launched in Britain and you can expect the Korean brand will introduce the revised lineup locally early next year.
At the front, the updated styling is highlighted by a thinner grille, new projector headlights and LED DRLs, new air-intakes and new fog-lights. The rear sees new LED lights and underneath are new-design 16-inch and 17-inch alloy wheels.
Inside, the changes are more substantial – new dashboard with soft-touch finishes, matt wood grain inserts and extra storage spaces.
No changes for the powertrain but SsangYong has delivered a 9.3 per-cent reduction in NVH thanks to stronger engine mounts and new rubber bushes for the suspension.
